How long do your freshies last?

On average, 5-8 weeks! Some scents may last a bit shorter or longer, depending on scent, placement, and weather.

Are your freshies safe for pets/kids?

While we do use non-toxic fragrance oils, our freshies are made to be hung (not chewed or ingested) and are safe when used as directed - just hang up and enjoy!

Do you accept bulk/wholesale orders?

Yes! We love creating logo freshies for businesses and organizations, and are always accepting wholesale orders! Reach out via email or our contact form on our website.

Shipping

Free shipping?

We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Current Turn Around Time:

Our current turn around time is 7-21 business days shipped. This is always subject to change.

How do I track my order?

Customers can track their Shopify order by logging into their Shop account and accessing the order status page.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

We always do our best to make things right. If you received a tracking number, please contact us via email with your information. If you selected a shipping method without tracking enabled, such as first class mail, we are sadly unable to track your lost package.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless it is due to a mistake on our behalf.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time unless it is due to a mistake on our behalf. If you feel there is a mistake with your items please do not hesitate to contact us by email!
